WEST HAVEN DRUG & ALCOHOL TASK FORCE, INC.

The Drug & Alcohol Task Force is a non-profit organization, incorporated in 1985 through the State of Connecticut's Office of the Secretary of the State.

The Task Force is comprised of eighteen members including representatives from school system, police dept. community agencies, students and community residents. We are funded through the Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services, private donations and fund raisers.

We meet the third Thursday of each month, 2nd floor Human Resource conference room located at City Hall.  Meetings are held from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, the public is welcome to attend any of our meetings.

Our primary goal is awareness and education.  The following is a list of the programs we have undertaken:
